Hello, just to let you know, Eddi Reader's performance on 'Other Voices', the music series on RTE Television in Ireland, can be watched at: www.rte.ie/tv/othervoices/20050403otherv.html

Eddi is featured on Brian Kennedy's new album, entitled 'Red Sails In The Sunset (On Song 2)', released on Curb Records label, on February 28th 2005, in duet with Brain Kennedy on the track 'Red Red Rose'. The album consists of material from the second series of 'On Song', which was made for BBC Northern Ireland, and which featured the song with Eddi. The series was broadcast in Ireland late last year. Unfortunately, there are no plans to show the series in the UK as yet.

Burns album to be released in Australia
Festival Mushroom Records will be releasing Eddi Reader Sings The Songs of Robert Burns in Australia. Details are still being finalised but the track listing will be the same as the UK album, and the release date will be around mid-March. More details when we have them.

Festival Mushroom also released Simple Soul in Australia. There's an Eddi section on their web site here: www.fmrecords.com.au/viewartist.cfm?ArtistId=331

Burns Night... in Belfast
Eddi, Colin Reid, Kevin McCrae and a nine-piece string section are pre-recording in Belfast, Northern Ireland, on 15 January for a Burns Night television broadcast on BBC Northern Ireland on 25 January. We are told it is likely to be the biggest, if not the only, Burns Night tribute going out on the BBC Network. Eddi and friends will perform My Love Is Like A Red Red Rose (play Real Audio) and Auld Lang Syne (play RealAudio), both of which are on the Eddi Reader Sings The Songs of Robert Burns album, and there will be a short interview with Eddi.
